In ancient times, when there were no refrigerators and canned food, the Kazakhs attached great importance to the storage of meat.

The meat was smoked for long-term storage, with the taste of the meat improving and becoming more saturated. Continuing the traditions of our people – we began to use the technology of meat preparation by way of smoking and cheese. In all the variety of our menu proudly take their place real Kazakhstan smoked delicacies – from the selection tender horse, beef, poultry… For meat to prepare and have a specific smoked taste, it must be properly prepared and then contained in our smokehouse for up to 36 hours. Our cabinets are unique and have been refined by us, to achieve the high standards and expectations of our dear guests.
